This Refund & Chargeback Policy applies to all purchases made through the services operated by VelvetX Technologies Ltd (“VelvetX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (the “Services”).

By purchasing any subscription, digital credit, or other paid feature, you agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

General Policy – No Guaranteed Refunds

Due to the nature of our Services, which provide immediate access to digital, adult-oriented, and AI-generated content, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscriptions
  • Digital credits, tokens, or virtual items
  • One-time feature unlocks
  • Promotional or discounted offers

Once access to the Services or content has been granted, refunds are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You receive immediate access to paid features
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date (if applicable)
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation settings.

Digital Credits / Tokens

Digital credits or tokens:

  • Are consumed immediately upon use;
  • Have no cash value;
  • Are non-transferable and non-refundable;
  • Cannot be exchanged back into money or other forms of value.

Unused credits are not refundable.

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error;
  • Unauthorized transactions verified through investigation;
  • Billing errors clearly attributable to our systems.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account;
  • Loss of access to purchased content;
  • Blocking of future transactions.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds and/or suspend accounts if we detect:

  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Abuse of the refund or chargeback process;
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Chargeback Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Chargeback Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on the Services with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
